Dolby Pro Logic II decoder using the incorrect speakers in a 7.1 setup - Kodiack - 02-01-2022
Hey,
I'm having an issue where the wrong speakers seem to be used in a 7.1 setup. For surround mode, Dolphin seems to be outputting to the side speakers instead of the rear speakers. This hasn't been the case for other games/software I've used. Most stuff that uses 5.1 appropriately uses the front left/right; centre; and rear speakers, avoiding the side speakers entirely.
Anyone have any workarounds or troubleshooting ideas? Happy to post any additional details if necessary.
