Performance boost on Snapdragon - Pimenov - 02-01-2022
I heard that 5.0-15952 added a very big performance boost for Snapdragon.
I tested the debug build 15976, but Cars 2 is still very laggy on my Snapdragon 720G / Adreno 618.
I haven't seen any differences from old builds.

I tested on the 15952 from the download history too, still no visible performance boost on my redmi note 9 pro((((((((

You'll only see an improvement if you're not getting CPU bottlenecks, which you'll definitely have on a Snapdragon 720G as it's not powerful enough for Dolphin...

There's actually a bigger reason why you're CPU bottlenecked: You're running Cars 2, a game that's absolutely ridiculous in what ways it's demanding. If you run a more normal game, you're more like to see the effects of 5.0-15952.
