yes i looked for a good gamecube emulator and found this
everything worked super until....when i opened super smash brothers melee.....
cannot create opengl renderer

this is repeated due to constant retries
im not sure what you guys need to know about my cpu but this is wut i can give for now

Go to the Dolphin Requirements post under General Discussion. Download Microsoft DirectX Updater and VC++2008 SP1. If that doesn't work, you'll need to update your graphic card drivers. And if that still doesn't work, then your graphics card probably isn't supported by Dolphin, but you can also look that up under the Dolphin Requirements.

the isos i try to find cus my friend say those work but they like impossible to find

Yes, Dolphin supports gcm formats.
Unfortuntley you will need to upgrade to a newer graphics card since, as you now noticed, intel chipsets aren't supported by Dolphin.
