Extreme piercing painful noise when quitting metroid prime 1 in prime trilogy? - bullbob - 10-24-2021
So in metroid prime trilogy, if I quit metroid prime (i haven't tested the other games) to return to the main menu, I get a LOUD AS FUCK piercing noise playing over my headphones.
it honestly is the kind of sound that worries me that it might damage head headphones. and it actually hurts my ears
this only seems to happen if i quit out of the game which i don't exactly do often. but it scares the fuck out of me when i forget about it

Does this happen in the latest Dolphin dev build? If so, does it happen in older builds? You could try to bisect the Dolphin versions and find the exact Dolphin version it started happening in, it would make it easier to fix
