No matter what i do, i can't get either geckocheats or AR cheats to work for fire emblem radiant dawn. I have allow cheats checked but they just wont work. can anyone help me?

Your profile says that you are using 5.0 version, which is very old and outdated.
Kindly download and use the latest beta/development version of Dolphin from here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
