"SetupWiiMemory: Can't create setting.txt file" error - HeroSM - 09-26-2021
When I try to boot up a game I get an error that says "SetupWiiMemory: Can't create setting.txt file" and when I select "OK" it brings up another error that says "FIFO shutting down while active" and when I select "OK" the game crashes. I haven't tried to use Dolphin in quite awhile but this is happening in both the latest development version and the latest beta version.

Try running Dolphin with Administrator rights.
If this doesn’t help then it might be possible that your Anti-Virus software is stopping Dolphin from creating new files.
If that’s the case, then make an exception in your Anti-Virus to allow Dolphin.
