Not sure how the game handles unlockables, you may need a true 100% save.

Got a 100% save but it's in NTSC, if only I could convert it to NTSC-J via hex editor but I have zero experience with that. Tried the GC Save Converter but it corrupted the save.

Can anyone give me a few tips on how to convert the save from US to JPN via HxD?
