So its a bug with android 11 and it involves turning off all accessibility features. Once that's done the controller will work correctly.

All of sudden my xbox one controller isn't programmable. Some buttons work (a, X, b, Y, start, bumpers) but none of the analog sticks or triggers work when mapping it.
Phone is oneplus 8 pro
Controller is 4416
Tried various dolphin versions with no luck.
