When I use a star in mario kart Double Dash!! The game just stops. It also crashes on waluigi stadium.

Can you verify your game? In dolphin, right click the game, properties, verify.

Can you create a portable.txt file in the same folder as the dolphin exe and try again? This will use a different config/save folder than normal.
