How to connect a Wiimote to Windows 10? - bf1 - 08-31-2020 Hi, I started using Dolphin for the first time yesterday. There seem to be a number of different instructions on how to pair a real Wiimote. Yesterday I was able to successfully pair my Wiimote. I played a Wii game for a few hours, turned the computer off, then came back a few hours later, turned on the computer, opened dolphin 5, opened the Controller Settings window, held in the 1+2 buttons and a few seconds later it paired, and I was able to have a second gaming session. This morning I've turned on the computer and dolphin won't pair. I read instructions which say you shouldn't pair with Windows, instead you should only pair by having the Controller Settings window open and pressing the 1+2 buttons simultaneously, and that should be enough. I tried pairing through Windows 10 using these instructions (http://www. shall not be named/connect-wiimote.html) and Windows detects the Wiimote just fine, but dolphin still doesn't if I open the Controller Settings screen. I have lots of questions:
I'm using Windows 10 x64, the bluetooth adapter cam pre-installed so I guess it's just using the default MS stack, the latest dolphin 5.0, it all worked perfectly yesterday but doesn't today, and I'm using the same Wiimote and it's not a Plus model. Here's my settings: ![]() I've also noticed that if I pair using Windows and I have the Devices window open, when I hold down the 1+2 button and release, after 3 seconds the Wiimote appears in the windows with a clock icon on it, then the clock part disappears leaving the Wiimote, then the Wiimote disappears, then it appears again with the clock icon on in the bottom-left, then the clock disappears leaving the Wiimote, then a couple of seconds later the Wiimote disappears. On the actual Wiimote during the duration of all of this, the 4 leds are flashing at the bottom. When they stop flashing, the Wiimote disappears completely out of the display. I've changed for a new set of batteries but this has made no difference. Any help appreciated.
