Dolphin 5 performance issue using CRT Emudriver 2.0b - Skyblueroms - 08-28-2020
Hi, I am running in Windows 10. My PC is an i5 and my GPU is a Radeon HD 5770. With the drivers downloaded from AMD I can play F zero GX or Mario kart with Dolphin Emulator v5 perfectly (Open GL as default backend). When I install CRT Emudriver 2.0 (for play in my old CRT) Dolphin games has missing textures, chopped audio, bad performance and they are almost no playables, with any video backend the result is the same: very very bad perfomance.
Others 3d emulators like Model 2 Emulator or I Supermodel works good with CRT Emudriver 2.0b installed but Dolphin goes to slow performance.
What's wrong?

Just to verify, did you download the CRT Emudriver from the official site here: http://geedorah.com/eiusdemmodi/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=1009#p1009
You need to be running CRT Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 15 (Crimson 16.2.1 non-GCN* cards) for Windows 7/8/10 64-bits on your HD 5770.
The Crimson drivers are newer and better(?) than the older Catalyst drivers.
What resolution and Hz are you trying to drive the CRT at?

Thank you for your reply. I am fixed this using Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) instead CRT Emudriver. Yes, I downloaded Emudriver from the official site. Maybe drivers from CRT Emudriver are not fully compatible with Open GL or Direct 3D.
