Hi, im trying to play mario kart wii with wiimmfi and it gives me error 23918. It says something about wii nand, i dont know what that is, sorry. Please help me!

You need to copy some data from a real Wii in order to play Mario Kart Wii on Wiimmfi. The typical method of copying this data is known as a "NAND dump" and is described in further detail here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=NAND_Usage_Guide

I found a tool that lets you download NAND! Where do i put the nand? I checked the tutorial but it seems to have no effect.

Normally I would have banned someone immediately for claiming to have downloaded a NAND since it violates the piracy rule, but... honestly, as far as I know there is no tool that lets you download a complete NAND, so I doubt that you actually have done this. If what you used was NUS Downloader, then that will download certain system software (in a way which as far as I know is not illegal) but not other system files, including the ones you need for accessing Wiimmfi.
