I am a new dolphin user, I have a mayflash adapter with a gamecube controller. This issue just started today but I can't find anything about it.

It looks like the controller stick is just aimed down (in game of LoZ link runs in circles constantly), however, I just went out and bought another controller and have the same issue.
also, in Need For Speed I can drive, but not use the stick in any way. I can't steer, move menu options, etc.
I'm using the newest dev build, 5.0-12422.
Advice?
