Request help finsh this 99% done 30 FPS Mario party 5 cheat code - little_mac - 07-23-2020
A very useful user in our Mario Party netplay Discord community, named GamemasterPLC. 2 years ago attempted to made these preference codes for MP 4/5/6/7 and only 5 is not working the rest are fine, this is it right here.

this would allow users on under powered hardware play these gamse at 100% speeds. however he never finished 5 and it really would help us out if users were allowed to play 5 in 30fps on there low end hardware as an option.
Mario party FPS is not hard coded to be 60fps at all witch helps and the only thing wrong with this code is the controller
for some resin the controller is having a pulling rate at 2x the speed.
what it needs is to some how cut the controller pulling rate in haff and then it will be perfect. as you can see when testing the code scrolling in menus and playing minigames and so on somehow is going so fast that looks like its at 2 times the speed. I would very much appreciate it if one of you smart people can help us out and fix the controller 2x speeds glitch. and if you want to try out some games here if you want to have fun with mario party netplay https://discord.gg/nRx6J3g
