Save file is corrupted. - Signus_The_Wizard - 07-21-2020

I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy S9 an I just recently beat Pokemon XD on dolphin. I made a save state during the ending cutscene so I wouldn't lose progress because the game crashes alot. I cant do any post game stuff because my memory card file is corrupted and it wants me to save. If I dont save I'll be all the way back at the beginning of the game. I've tried reinstalling dolphin, deleting and making a new memory card file. Does anyone know how I can get this to work?

The only real way to fix this is to start over from your last memory card save, or from the beginning of the game if you don't have a memory card save. To avoid the problem in the future, don't use savestates as your means of saving progress, especially not in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD.

The savestate issue was fixed in recent builds but, that excludes P. Colosseum and XD. Do you have an ingame save file that is recent?

No I deleted the memory card file to try and fix it. So my only option is to start over and not use save states?

Yes.
