I do not know how to use the 60 fps patch on sonic colors on dolphin android (5.0 mmj) and I need help on how to use the 60 fps patch or how to install it, any help would be greatly appreciated

We cannot provide support for forks here. You can either ask in the fork's thread (though that fork is dead and the creator has left so...), or try this in the latest official Dolphin build and make a new thread if it still occurs.
