I ran Mario Kart Wii in single player mode and it ran ok
I played vs in wiimmfi and it laggged a lot
I have an AMD A6 3650 APU with Radeon HD Graphics
The graphics card is AMD Turks
I have 8GB of ddr3 ram

Mario Kart Wii is particularly demanding. Even more in multiplayer.
Unfortunately, only Ryzen APUs are up to the task on AMD's side.
