Hi,
I used to be able to toggle the network settings through the Dolphin.ini file, however they were moved to the Onion Config (MainSettings.cpp)?
How can I toggle the network settings in newer versions of Dolphin? Many thanks.

In the Dolphin.ini file, just like before. The new config system tries to not break compatibility with the way settings were stored in the past.
