when infact it runs terrible on my pc

Make sure you are using the latest dev build or manually set texture cache to safe.

It runs terribly on your computer because you have an A6-3650. That's a 2011 Llano 32nm APU, and has terrible single core speeds. You'll only be able to run the most lightweight games available to run in Dolphin.
