“Dolphin Cannot be opened because of a problem” - SuperMercury - 06-20-2020
I have recently downloaded the most recent dolphin version (Im running it on a mac 10.12.6)
and every time i open it i’m greeted with the same message the reads “Dolphin cannot be opened because of a problem.” under that it reads “Check with the developer to make sure dolphin works with this version of macOS. you may need to reinstall the application. be sure to install any available updates for the application and MacOS.” could someone please help i’ve tried doing everything i can but nothing will work (I think the problem is that i need to install the 64-bit Visual c++ redistributable for visual studio but i don’t know how to even install that for mac because it’s a .exe file) and I really wanna play THPS3 so could somebody please help

Visual Studio C++ redistributable is a Windows only requirement.
If you go back to an older dev build of Dolphin, do you have the same problem running Dolphin? If not, it would be great if you could pinpoint the build of Dolphin that causes the problem to help the devs fix the issue faster.

i’ve used the standard 5.0 version before but i wanted to upgrade to the latest version and for some reason it happens on all dev builds so i don’t what to do ?
