Wave Race Blue Storm Black Screen - WordsMaybe - 06-09-2020
Been trying to play Wave Race Blue Storm and pretty much every time I get to the main menu and hit start the screen goes black and the music keeps playing. One in 20-is attempts transitions without issue. I've tried on multiple versions of Dolphin for PC including the latest dev build.
I've tried switching the backend within Dolphin to the following and here are the results:
DX11: Gets past the main menu, but the start icon never appears. One I get past the menu and to what should be the save select screen none of the UI pops up. I can click and advance the screen but I'm just clicking on nothing essentially.
Vulkan: No different from DX12.
Open GL: No different from DX12.

Do you have the latest AMD drivers installed from AMD (and not from Windows update)?
Did you verify you have a good dump of the game? Right click the game in Dolphin's game list, then go to Properties > Verify tab > click on the verify button. It'll tell you if you have a good or bad dump
