And I'm missing a bunch of options like "import gci". I'm just trying to import a gci or sav game save I downloaded from the internet onto dolphin. What the hell is going on I am so confused.

Instead of having options for each memory card, the top option now switches between cards. Import gci is also now just import.
You should also check config, gamecube, slot a. If it is gci folder, you should just put the gci in the relevant folder.
