Help for Pikmin 1 - 60 FPS - MortyDice - 05-24-2020 Hello! I fell into the Dolphin's rabbit hole quite recently, and the results I obtained with Super Mario Sunshine (60 FPS & UHD textures) were so great I wanted to get Pikmin to that level. I followed the directions at https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Pikmin_(GC), specifically add the Gecko codes corresponding to your version of the game (tried both US & EU) but it doesn't seem to be working. My game plays at 60FPS in menus (mission selection for instance) but as soon as I get into a level, it switches back to 30. Since I'm new to Dolphin, I may have overlooked a setting somewhere. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance. RE: Help for Pikmin 1 - 60 FPS - ExtremeDude2 - 05-24-2020 Are you sure you used the correct code with the version of the game you have? You're right, I was tired so I tried again just now: GPIE01 - Pikmin (Disque 0, Révision 1) (USA), I used : $60FPS (1.1) (NTSC-U) [gamemasterplc] 04059774 38000001 0405AE7C 38800001 043E8A58 3F000000 04107738 4800000C It worked first try. Starting again from fresh seemed to have worked, thank you! (Will try again to see if it could have been a temporary issue) |
