Metroid Prime (GC) only running at 50% speed - Tromboner - 05-24-2020
It doesn't matter what settings I choose, it caps out at 30fps 30vps.
Is there any way to fix this? Also, I'm relatively new to using dolphin. I've only ever used BizHawk.

If you are using a laptop, make sure it is plugged in to power. If that doesn't help, try disabling vsync.
