Some issues with Resident Evil - falken - 05-21-2020

I have recently been trying to open GameCube Resident Evil and over and over I get this error. Do you know if it is reported?
It is the only title that fails!

Have you tried disabling dual core like the error message suggests?

Can you verify your dump? In dolphin, right click, properties, verify.

To clarify the steps: In Dolphin's game list, right-click on the game, then select Properties, then go to the Verify tab.
