Wiimote Motion Plus Not Working - Jump_Ace - 05-15-2020

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble getting my wiiu wiimote to work with Dolphin.  I am using wiimotehook to connect my controller up and it works fine to move my mouse cursor around if I want.  the buttons themselves work, I can program them if I choose to emulate the controller.  But no matter what I do, I can't get the white hand pointer in Dolphin to move with.  I either see the white hand stuck in the middle of my screen (I can press A, B, Home, etc), or I get this attached error.  I've tried 5.0-19911 and 5.0-12031 and the 5.0 stable, neither ones seem to work?

Or if I play with closing wiimotehook and the nunchuk, I get this on the screen.

Dolphin does not need wiimotehook and should do much better without it.

I tried that too and got a message to point the wiimote at the screen, which I do and nothing happens : /

My apologies guys. Since I saw the wiimotehook use the wiimote as a mouse cursor, I thought I didn't need to use a sensor bar. I just bought one on ebay, hopefully it will work. I did stop using the wiimotehook.

I'm curious, what driver SHOULD I be using for the motionplus controller in W10x64?

Either you just connect the Wii Remote to Dolphin without any special driver, or you install a filter driver and use Bluetooth passthrough: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Bluetooth_Passthrough
