GMC Animal Crossing ... Framerate? - gccgraves - 12-16-2009

I can start up and play Animal Crossing fine but when I'm in game its like its in slow-mo or something. Now this doesnt happen when I'm pause, it only seems to happen when im walking around. When I'm talking to an NPC the text and the NPC voices seem fine but the music stays slow-mo.

I'd like to know if there is a fix to this. My PC isn't top of the line but I got it less then half a year ago so I wouldn't think that would be the problem.

Either way I'm using the 4525 version of dolphin (and have used all but the 2 smallest numbered versions) and my PC specs are:
Note: I got this off of "Can you run it" by picking a randum game to compare stats. So if there is any info needed just say what and ill fine it the traditional way
