Dolphin can support this machine? - Sk821 - 12-16-2009 Dolphin can support 13 GPUs (alls are from Nvidia), Intel Core i7 @ 3.33 Ghz and 12 GB of Ram?! See the video (¬¬) RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - UNazo - 12-16-2009 O_O that PC was simply made out of WIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNN!!!!11!! Q_Q i want to buy it and yes i think dolphin can handle it =P RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - fagoatse - 12-16-2009 meh...waste of money. Would run as good as any high clocked 2-core+ CPU. RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - James333 - 12-16-2009 Who needs 13 GPUs and 12 Gb or RAM ?!?!?! RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - Apostacious - 12-16-2009 I do. My next box needs to have at least 32gb and be an octocore, that's what im aiming for, its probably gonna be a BOXX. but yeah gpus mean nothing for dolphin. that pc sucks, and no, it is not the worlds fastest desktop super computer, that's a total lie. RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - James333 - 12-16-2009 But is the desktop with more shit on it ( I mean , GPUs ) RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - Apostacious - 12-16-2009 but its useless none the less. RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - extreme64 - 12-16-2009 well it would be great for a project like folding@home because it uses the computing power of gpu's to do research on protein folding RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - Apostacious - 12-16-2009 I agree. I run boinc with world community grid and rosseta all the time when not using my pc, almost 18hours out of 24, none of them use gpu power :/. RE: Dolphin can support this machine? - extreme64 - 12-16-2009 they probably should... GPU computing is much more efficent and with F@H we get around 10x the work done or more with the gpu's |
