no cause xbox 1 is not as powerful as wii so it can't emulate dolphin

And you need hardware considerably more powerful than the platform your trying to emulate in order to get any decent speed.

Wii-729Mhz CPU, 243Mhz GPU, 88MB System RAM, 3MB Texture Memory
Xbox-733Mhz CPU, 233Mhz GPU, 64MB System RAM @ 200Mhz
Wii has 24MB more RAM than Xbox, and 10Mhz faster GPU
and in order to emulate something doesn't the platform that's emulating whatever it is has to be at least three times more powerful

1 game i don't think so it runs more than that only problem is that there was like a one year gap where there where no updates
but so far the games it runs that i know of are

Yes it would be "posible" however it would be very slow and look like crap so there is no point.
