Unlikely. Judging by the phone´s specs it´s quite obvious it will ship 32-bit Android (which Dolphin no longer supports).
And even if it ships 64-bit, the A53 is too slow at this point.

A53 never was a good option for Dolphin, the emulator never ran well on it. And by the way, the Shield TV has A57 cores, that despite being old, still are way faster than A53 cores...
