After installing I can't open the emulator.
Anyone help, please.

Please provide us with some more information. Does Dolphin crash? Does the executable file appear to do nothing (not even crash)? Does Dolphin hang (i.e. the taskbar shows Dolphin - Not Responding)?
Your profile says you're using Dolphin 2.0, which is ancient, so I assume that was a mistake or something. At any rate, try using some of the latest development revisions (such as 5.0-10648) here first: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
