Hello,
when i am playing paper Mario in fullscreen mode the fps go down to 30 while the fights. In Window mode i have stable 60fps.
Can you tell me how to fix this ?

Do you have v-sync enabled? What kind of monitor/TV setup do you have?

I fixed it with using Vulkan instead of opengl
