AFAIK there are some problems with nunchuck's gravity emulation and it's kinda known issue

But the steering has nothing to do with the gravity in the nunchuck? I steer with the nunchucks analog joystick..
When I press the stick left everything is fine and I'm able to do a hard turn/drift to the left, but when pressing the joystick to the right, the kart steers slightly to the right. So I guess it's my nunchuck then?

Ah, I've got it, I'll test it with my wiimote & nunchuck and see if I have the same problem

I've just tried it and it works fine. Probably something with your nunchuck.

crap, as I thought. Buy a new one then I guess. Will test it on the wii when I get my original back, so I'm 100% shure it's the nunchuck. but thanks for checking out.
