So I'm playing Xenoblade Chronicles and the trees and stuff are appearing right before my eyes. How can I increase draw distance so this doesn't happen?

If you´re using default settings, you could try using Async Ubershaders.
Apart from that, I don´t think there´s an actual way of modifying the draw distance without hacking the game (e.g. patches and cheats).
