NBA JAM is Stuttering with Latest Builds - 1ht1baron - 06-30-2019
Hello everyone, NBA JAM (WII - NTSC-U) has fps drops with latests builds. But 5.0 is better than latest but not perfect. I always want to use the latest version. I do not understand why. When will Dolphin 6.0 be released? Stable versions always work more smoothly. Have a nice day.

I'm having the same issue - NBA Jam seems to be one of the worst performing titles ... I'm running it on 5.0-11824, x64, Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Nvidia GTX 1660.
Most other games seem to run pretty good... some stutter here and there, but not to the extent of NBA Jam, it's nearly impossible to play.
Using Ubershaders, also try Async Ubershaders and it has the same issue.
