Dolphin wont boot - kaii3 - 06-28-2019
Hello! So, I may have found the problem to why my Dolphin 5.0 is not booting. I go in Resource Monitor and I Analyse Wait Chain. And it says that "One Or more threads of Dolphin.exe are in waiting status. Now i'm stuck and i dont know what to. Anyone can guide me?

What about latest dev build? Does it still happen?
