Error code 23915 abuse of console identefier - L0w13 - 06-16-2019
so i just waited 7 days and i was really hyped to play mkwii online but i have been getting this error that says abuse of console identifier. i dont know what this means can anyone help me?

Did you import the NAND memory of a real Wii?

but when you do that do you have to wait another 7 days and can you use a wiiu cuz I don't wanna search for that 12-year-old console that lays somewhere in my closet

Just to confirm, yes, you can also use a NAND dump from a vWii (WiiU) instead of a Wii, just remember to also enter your WiiU's Wifi MAC address into the Dolphin config (otherwise it may not work properly).
