introducing myself and question - stanley87 - 06-06-2019

hello everyone my name is Stanley and i am new to the forum but not new in dolphin scene, im happy i ve found the courage to register myself in here as i never been in a complete forum like this one, wich is also amazing to see how many things dolphin can do today compared of few years ago, so nice to meet you all, and i hope i will recieve some little help from some of you, i tried to find the right post but apparently make a new thread isnt possible in every section, i wanted to ask something that is driving me a bit insane, and is about the custom load textures for texture upscaling , and in my case is for resident evil series , to be precise is Code Veronica PAL and RE2 PAL, using normal build and MMJ one , no matter if the settings gfx.ini, gamesetting.ini and in app are well set, any texture pack im trying , none of those is working, so im here with hands ahead asking if i can have some help without being annoying, i am very tired as im like a month or so trying differrent packages but nothing, is it android ? or still a bug that will might be fixed in some future new build? hope for some tips from you guys and wanna thank you for taking a moment reading my post, and again
nice to meet you all!
PS:mine is a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus

If you have been trying to load a texture pack consisting of DDS files, try PNG instead. If you need to convert an existing DDS texture pack to PNG, you can use https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-custom-texture-tool-ps-v40-1 (but keep in mind that converting from DDS to PNG will increase the file sizes with no quality benefits).

lord, im sorry mate, i meant to say if loading correclty the texture pack is also affected by the "aspect ratio" settings?

No, the aspect ratio setting doesn't affect whether texture packs will load correctly. All it can do is make the video output look more stretched or less stretched.

wich is perfect to make it full screen and widescreen hack , but still weird it wont load the texture pack, sorry for asking jos but what do you think it might be? uninstall and clean installation of the apk? thank you for your time again

absolutely no crashes, it just wont load any textures, or at least , i ve only try RE CVX and RE2 and nothing
=(
EDIT:  I managed to make one work, another pack of code veronica , heavy like 6.30 giga, and yeah is working, but is lagging badly at some point and after some gameplay it crash, same thing RE2 another pack downloaded ,it didnt seems it loaded the textures pack but it crashes anyway ...this thing is so weird , i dont understand...also ,whats this thing about the resourcepacks ,appeared on my MMJ last version? does anybody know whats this implementation? i heard rumors it was more for avoiding stuttering in games while loading textures ? im not really good at this atm as the infos i ve found online werent that clear and really helpfull, thanks again

It's just intended to be an easier way of installing texture packs. It doesn't affect how the game runs compared to installing a texture pack the old-fashioned way.

Jos and CO. thank you anyway for what u did for me , even for your time in this post, i have managed to re-upscale by different packages I found around the web for CVX RE2 AND RE3 , my files size are much more heavier then official hd project like seamless , gigapicel I think are those that are working, the only thing is quite disappointing me is that I cant download the one for RE4 Wii,  in someway the only one I can get , is the one that everyone so far have, but I cant download it as for media fire require a premium account , and 90 dollars I think isnto much , by any chance,  do you know any alternative link? Please , thanks everyone for taking a bit of time for me , I really appreciate it
