Resident Evil 1 (PAL) Not Work Dolphin 5.0-10222 - ToniBC - 05-16-2019
As it seems, for a long time now Resident Evil 1 and several others have failed to start in the current versions.
According to comments, it only happens with the PAL version. I attach the images of the error.

Tested with the latest version, 5.0-10222 in Windows 10 64 bits, Intel + Nvidia.
Pass with all the drivers and apparently on all systems.

It's due to GPU timings and initialization. You should be able to disable XFB emulation (like 5.0's default) and get it to boot again.
It'll get fixed later.
