I have heard there is an auto-update option for Dolphin, but I can't seem to find it. Help?

If you're on Dolphin 5.0, you'll have to update to a development version manually before you can use it. Then you'll find the settings for it on the first tab of the config.

Additionally, if you update to a development version, you're opted into the update track that gets roughly synced with each progress report so you don't have to do anything beyond click yes to an update prompt every month or two.
