First times getting 30fps.Now its 20fps or lower.Can Someone Help me ?

We need additional information. What Zelda game? Same hardware as listed in your profile? Did anything in your configuration change? What internal resolution and graphics settings are you using? Which backend?

Everything GreenT said, and update to latest dev build since 5.0 is quite old at this point.
