Im trying to launch a game on dolphin and it gives me the unexpected protocol message. Im pretty sure I need to open the command line on dolphin but I have no idea how

Is this when trying to make Dolphin run a game directly on launch, or are you just trying to use Dolphin's game list or File > Open?
