Your phone must be using a 64-bit version of Android to install Dolphin. If Dolphin is not installing there you don´t have 64-bit Android, and also means you´re pretty much screwed up.

Also, with just low-clocked A53 cores and with the underpowered GPU that the Helio P22 SoC from your phone uses, Dolphin would probably run with terrible performance even if you could install it...
