First of all: I am not using Android!
I am using a Chromebook and this is the thread closest to the problem I had.
I want to tell my story so you can have an understanding of my problem: I saw a YouTube video on how to download Dolphin on a Chromebook. Dolphin? That sounds familiar. Where have I heard that name before? I clicked on the video and remembered. It's a GameCube emulator! I quickly skimmed through the process of downloading and did it myself, rushing. Luckily, Dolphin was installed with no problems. I got my copy of Luigi's Mansion and tried to load it up. I put it in the Dolphin-Emu folder, nothing happened. I put it in the USA folder in the GameCube folder, nothing happened. I can't load ROMs. If anyone could help me with my problem that would be nice. Thanks!

If you're going to do piracy, please don't ask us about problems that pretty much only happen when doing piracy... Also, don't do piracy in the first place.
