all games should work in 1080p resolution without smoothing and mini filters 25 max 35 frames per second in a typical graphical location, h1 f1, because this is the biggest mistake you have to fix

Phone aren't powerful enough to run every game at full speed. This isn't just because of a lack of optimization, it's because GameCube/Wii emulation can be rather demanding, and that's not something that we can fix.

It's not like Dolphin is intentionally running the games too slow. Your phone simply isn't capable of running them at the correct speed.
