Wii Classic Controller-XB1 Controller Issue - sulsteeze - 04-26-2019

I've seen various videos and guides showing how to properly configure the classic controller on Dolphin. They say click extension and choose Classic. The problem is when I do that the NunChuck configuration pops up and there's no small extension tab on the newer version of Dolphin. Can anyone give me a step by step on how to fix this?

In the rightmost column of the first tab, there's a dropdown labeled "Extension". That's the one you need to change to Classic. Go to the Extension tab afterwards.

If you're playing a game that supports IR input, I would use wiimote and nunchuck input, but if you don't care for that, you can set up an emulated wiimote with the classic extension and click the configure button under it to bind controls to an xbox controller. If you want, I could send you a profile you just need to load, but I'm not at home right now, so I can't access my computer to do it for you.

All good boys I figured it out. Was waiting for this post to get approved since i'm a new user so I could say never mind. Thank you for your quick responses though! Cheers.
