Strange “speed up” problem - evilhomer91 - 04-24-2019
I’m playing Batman begins and at random intervals the game plays at 2x speed (Batman the characters the movements and actions are all twice as fast) it’s not frame rate hikes as I’ve gotten the game to a solid 60 FPS
Any ideas as to what the issue is?

Processor/CPU: intel i7-4790 3.60 GHz
Video Card/GPU: NVIDIA GTX 970
Memory/RAM: 12gigs
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0

This is a known problem with Batman Begins, but I don't think there's any known fix.

Possibly some kind of timing issue.
