Does anyone know if this GC adapter overclock can be implenented to Android dolphin?

It is but, the gamecube adapter is a controller configuration....so theres nothing to overclock.

Im not sure I understand what youre saying...Im trying to overclock the default settings in dolphin when using the wup028 in order to decrease input lag.
