Is This Specs Good For Running Games With HD Texture Pack? - GarebearGaming - 03-31-2019

My PC Specs:
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 12.0 GB (11.9 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch: Pen and Touch Support with 10 Touch Points
Graphics Card: Intel® UHD Graphics 620
Chip Type: Intel® UHD Graphics Family
DAC Type: Internal
Adapter String: Intel® UHD Graphics 620
Bios Info: Intel Video BIOS


P.S. And yes I have my Laptop Connection to my TV, just because.

I'd say no as
1. the GPU is really too slow and you probably don't want to go above 1xIR, and with 1x IR you *USUALLY* don't see much benefit or any benefit at all with a texture pack. 
2. The CPU is a low power CPU, the clock speed and the turbo boost is very low.
3. As it is a laptop with an Ultralow voltage CPU it will probably be thermal throttling very quickly if you try to put a heavy load (like Dolphin or any other 3D-emulator) on it.

So having said this I'd say that the laptop will be too slow for most games but the most easiest to run (e.g. New Super Mario Bros Wii, Super Smash Bros Melee and so on) at 1x IR without HD texture packs.

Well... you would see the video output of your PC on the TV. It's not going to affect the performance if that's what you're expecting.

(Unless you're using a connection that only supports 30 Hz and you have vsync enabled, in which case you will be limited to 30 fps even if you are able to emulate faster than that.)
