Not for my shield tv.Still failed to initialize vulkan backend.
I have to restart the game a second time to play.

Works on my shield. Can you remove/move your dolphin-emu directory and try again?

I tried that. It's not working. Shows the same error.
I will trying to find from which version of Dolphin it starts.

Test: clear install, choose backend vulkan, start 2 different games. If no vulkan error message - test OK

Sounds like it doesn't like multiple instances being created, if it broke on 5.0-8866. This is something I can potentially work around.
